1. We will arrange a time that suits you for your estimate. Evenings or weekends no problem.

2. We always advise on the best way to carry out the work.

3. If you are happy with the quotation let us know as soon as possible and we will book you in. It is usually possible to start your job exactly when we say we will.

4. Usually we do not require a deposit depending on the size of the job and whether you require scaffolding or not.

5. We will ask you to check the work before completion to make sure that you are satisfied.

6. An invoice in writing will be supplied.

7. We are happy to take payment by bank transfer.

8. Guarantees for exterior work will be given on completion of contract.
